Dear friends,
last weekend was a very busy one for us. It was the weekend, where the Summer of Arts event in the Metropolis grid officially ended.
It ended with two very nice art events, and I have to say, it was a wonderful and impressive ending of a great major event. Congrats to the Metropolis team who organized the summer of arts, and congrats to all the artists and performers who took part at Summer of Arts.

der Sommer neigt sich nun doch dem Ende zu - lange haben wir an ihm festgehalten mit SoA 2012 ;)
Atari wird am Freitag den 16.11.12 ab 20 Uhr seine Installation "Haus 1" präsentieren. Im Anschluss lädt DJ Zap zur Party mit Housemusic.

Dear friends,
I am looking forward to visit the 10th Art.Fair in Cologne, Germany this weekend. It is a fair for modern and contemporary art and it is running from 01-04.11.2012.
I am a big lover of art fairs. So many pieces of artwork, so much phantasy, so much creativity. It is one of the most interesting things for me to see all those images and expressions from human minds. I can get lost in this world of art and phantasy, for me it is a journey into another wold.

heute mal ein Eintrag in deutsch, da sich vermutlich hauptsächlich deutschsprachige Avatare für diesen Event interessieren.
Heute abend, Samstag 06.10. um 20:00 Uhr findet im Metropolis Grid eine Lesung von Kueperpunk statt. Anschließend gibts noch ein Oktoberfest mit Live Musik von DJ Bogus.

Dear friends,
on 10.November 2012, at 15:00 MEZ (14:00 UTC or 06:00 SL time), there will be the vernissage of H. J. Kaeppeler's exhibition "Eschatological landscapes" on Cyberbohemia in OSgrid.
In the evening, starting 21:00 MEZ (20:00 UTC, 12:00 SL time), we will celebrate the traditional afterhour exhibition party on Cyberbohemia with a music mix of some of the finest progressive Trance by DJ Galen.
The exhibition contains 40+ photographic pictures from the german artist H. J. Kaeppeler.
During the vernissage, we will listen to a live audio stream from H. J. Kaeppeler, where he talks about the exhibition, his art and his career as an artist. You will have the chance to talk with the artist via voicechat or text chat. The livestream will be in english and/or german, depending on the demand of the visitors.
